Student Bursaries

Helping our Community Learn

The Port Carling Lions Club Student Bursaries are awarded to provide financial assistance to those pursuing post secondary education. The bursary recipients are chosen based on need and community involvement of those applying, and are intended for those who reside (while not in school) in the Port Carling and Bala areas. These bursaries can be up to $1,000. We welcome those of any age, who are pursuing post secondary studies, and who are residents in the Port Carling or Bala community, to apply for this bursary. The deadline for application is December 21st, 2025, and decisions will be sent out by January 9th, 2026. For any questions about eligibility, please email PortCarlingLions@gmail.com.
