In Case you’re interested, our flooding dates are at the bottom. We hope it will be fun to look back on and compare year to year.

Your Community Rink at Hanna Park

Every winter, the Port Carling Lions Club, in partnership with the Township of Muskoka Lakes, grooms a skating rink at Hanna Park in Port Carling. Volunteers are always welcome to help make the ice, or to help shovel. We all have fun outside in the winter on this project! Contact portcarlinglions@gmail.com if you’d like to help out! Thank you to all of our incredible volunteers!

We get started as soon as we have a good cold stretch with no snow, typically shortly after Christmas,
and we try to keep it going into March as long as we can!
This USED to be a 200m skating trail, but in 2024, we started grooming a rink instead of a trail.
Maybe someday we’ll do both if we have enough volunteers!!
Checkout this fun video of when it USED to be a trail.
